The process of American Democracy and Our System of Laws and Justice will prevail to preserve American Democracy and Usher in the Diversity Respect the Declaration of Independence is Designed to Promote, and the Constitution is in place to Protect.

"LIBERTY" is "A Treasure" many have concerned themselves to willfully "overlook" in their obsession about and for the lust for "money"..... In their vain consumption for "money" and about "money", many as we've seen and continue to see within the Right Wing and Republican Ideological make up have forgotten and ignored the principles of "Liberty" is a freedom from arbitrary or despotic control. ((despotic conduct, describe rulers that rely on brute force (or the threat of it) rather than the rule of law to keep order.))

In modern America, various competing ideologies have divergent views about how best to promote liberty. Liberals in the original sense of the word see equality as a necessary component of freedom. Progressives stress freedom from business monopoly as essential. Libertarians disagree, and see economic freedom as best. The Tea Party movement sees big government as the enemy of freedom


Cultural prerequisites
Some authors have suggested that a virtuous culture must exist as a prerequisite for liberty.
(1).Benjamin Franklin stated that "only a virtuous people are capable of freedom. As nations become corrupt and vicious, they have more need of masters."[47]
(2). Madison likewise declared: "To suppose that any form of government will secure liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical idea."[48]
(3). John Adams acknowledged: "Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."

As I've written before:

There were two types that came to America from the European Continent.

(1). Democracy Loving People, who had regard, respect and appreciation for the Liberty promised by American Democracy. They knew it to be of the greatest treasure in the lives of persons.

(2). Savages: Those who came seeking "wealth" by any means and any act, and through any actions, who had little to no regard for civility, nor civil process and a contemptuous aggression upon and against any element of cultural respect for the diversity of persons.
