Nationalize government takeover of the banks for a period of time and remove all of the high ranking officers of the banks get them out of the business and continue to the investigations of the CEOs, while putting qualified economists and managers in place for a period of time.

Provide only the needed money that is necessary to keep things from collapsing with the requirement that a payback to the government will take place when profit returns.

This is a time when leadership is needed in the nation and we don’t have one! He’s been missing for the last 7 ½ years. Have him impeached today for gross failures and misuse of his power.

No, just no. The banks aren't failing because they're currently making bad decisions, the banks are failing because investors are making runs on them and regular folks are pulling their money out of their investments and bank accounts. This causes the banks to lose their primary sources of capital, meaning they can no longer function financial institutions and ultimately causing them to fail. Nationalizing them would not solve this problem.
