A "solution" in search of a problem, crafted by another clueless liberal with a public policy degree thinking those measures would actually solve problems.

On the bright side, if the legislators in Oregon are dictorial enough to ram the bill through into law, it would make a great opportunity for challenge in the nations supreme court.

You would take responsibility for all the people who die in car/deer, car/elk accidents if the herd does not get culled? Plus all the animals that would starve to death. Many of the people in my part of the country would have little meat to eat without hunting. We usually have deer, rabbits, squirrels and feral hogs in the freezer. Cheap meat and much healthier than the hormone loaded beef in a grocery store. Besides, as expensive as beef is now, we can't afford much of it.

This law would be unconstitutional.

That hobby would be getting 1000 round boxes shipped to my door.

Maximum magazines would be 5 rounds and limit 20 rounds a month. No more sighting in hunting rifles.

Many hunters would not get their limit.
So we would need to buy a box of 22 rimfire that comes in a box of 50 rounds on layaway? 20 rounds this month, and 20 the next till the purchase is complete????

Gives reloading a boost!

How about if you traded stuff for ammo instead of buying ?

So make your own. Screw them.

Huh? I'm a responsible CCW holder who knows that marksmanship is a perishable skill, so I train to be able to neutralize an attacker and not to hurt a bystander.

Likely, the NY law on 7 rounds did not make the magazines illegal. You would commit a crime loading more than 7 bullets. Genius, yes? The 7 round limit was not upheld by the courts. An outright ban on the magazines was likely not tried because they were advised it would fail. This law is slightly different in that it outright bans the magazine but I don't see it surviving the courts.
