The actual report discusses Obama a lot-using his nobel prize as a example of why this is wrong. Maybe you should read the report.
More importantly, this is about if its right or wrong for Trump to do this, and the report is pretty clear. You cant just ignore this by making vague claims of "Obama".

On the day that Trump took office, the Obama Administration was no longer in charge. What was a permitted business deal before Trump became president, was rendered improper at that time and both Trump and the federal agency involved, should have ended the lease. Actually, the end of the deal should have been in progress, from the day after the election. Interesting, how a Trump supporter laughs at constitutional rules.

The goal is to get Trump out of office. That has been the one and only objective since election night by the Left. It's their obsession.
When I ask "Will it stick?" I'm specifically asking "Will it get him out of office?"
There's nothing else the Left cares about just that.
