Amusing how easily triggered the left wing loony toons on here have become. A hat of any kind is just that, a hat. For example, I saw fella wearing a Michigan Wolverine hat the other day. I can't imagine why anyone would want to do that, but I was not triggered by it.

The kids were Catholic, white, male, Southeners, wearing MAGA hats, Trump supporters. In short, everything liberals despise.

This situation was ripe for disaster and the adults in the room let these kids down. The diocese apologized for the kids without knowing the facts. The media reported on the incident without knowing the facts. Some politicians responded to the incident without knowing all the facts. Social media and all of us keyboard warriors tossed out our opinions without knowing the facts. Many threatened the lives of minors and their families. Chaperones allowed the situation on the Mall to deteriorate without intervening on behalf of their minor charges.

These children were in over their heads. The politically charged atmosphere on the Mall (divergent groups that were demonstrating on that day) put these young people in a position of potential danger that they should have been shielded from. Particularly when it all started to turn to crap. Adults failed these boys on many levels.

I see no sense in rehashing.

And now adults are teaching them there are no consequences' for their actions.

That's good, because the kids didn't do anything wrong.

There should be consequences for the liars in the media, including social media, and on internet talk boards who repeated the lies and still repeat them even when the full video fully disproves their narrative. People should be subject to libel suits and not be allowed to hide behind "journalism" and anonymous screen names.

These people are not necessarily racists or "haters", and they don't deserve to be treated as if they are.

ALL people are entitled to a difference of opinion and to express it, imo, as long as it does not actually harm anyone else.
That describes people like my father-in-law. He's a full-fledged Trump supporter who just wants a country that takes care of Americans instead of illegals for a change.

Then you have the the 18yo edgelords who think feminism is the reason why they can't get laid, and think Trump will combat that.

Since the Democrat Party is the party of slavery, the KKK, and internment camps, the answer is no. If anything is the new white hood it's a DNC membership card.

Keep on talking like this, Trump is going to win again.

Democrats, liberals, please DO look at yourself in the mirror and figure out the REAL reasons why you lost. Focus on policies, and stop demonizing the VOTERS. sheesh You cannot be stupid enough to think that Trump won because everybody voted for him is closet KKK member. come on now. Get real.
