Your topic has backfired on you.

Trump goes and pays respects to MLK. You do your best to find something wrong about it.

Epic Fail

Oh, and the icing on the cake, they only care about MLK if they can make a point about Trump. So sad.

Unlike Rightists who only feign outrage over serious things like Obama putting his feet up on his desk?

You and I both know that Trump was going to be attacked on MLK day. If he went too long, if he went to short, if he didn't go, what he said, what he didn't say.....at some point there is placating the mob.

It's the same rabid response Obama got back in the day over every little thing.

100% serious that you should stop and consider what this might be doing to you personally, it's unhealthy imo.

Whatever Trump would of said would have been use against him.
I wonder when the left is going to take down the statue of MLK. Many don't believe in what he stood for and have advocated for skin color as a determining factor in everything and some have advocated segregation. Overall the growing racism against white men has been growing and evident. I give the take down of the MLK statue a certainty but the length it remains still the unknown.

Fallacy of Relative Privation.

But glad that you admit that this stunt ranks no better than your "example".

100% agreement.

We're seeing the same sort of partisan nuttery and frankly I think it may cause long-term psych damage for those that get too wrapped up in the partisan cycle of hate.

Please.

I knew he was going to do something inappropriate. So, I expected it, yes.

Spare me your condescending, patronizing comment that is couched in faux-concern.

Exactly. In those cases it was just targeted as "tacky" (I disagree, I really like MO).

However, it's kinda a whole other level when your political opponents try to make veiled racism assertions over a common hat choice. I mean, that's extremely low.
