It will be soon since Individual 1 will be a 1 term president. Given his plummeting approval rating, it looks like he won't get anything accomplished in his 1 term except putting a smile on Putin's face. No healthcare, immigration, tax or environmental reform.

Do you study chemistry? What are the chemical properties of CO2 when it is exposed to light? What is the turn-over rate of CO2 in the upper atmosphere to the ocean (Hint: the answer is 100 years on average). It is dumbfounding how easily conservatives are duped into saving their rich "too big to fail" masters. Also, trees use CO2 and O2 to grow, once a forest is already grown to full capacity (as we'd assume all are and have been for some millions of years) then they will not "take out CO2" from the atmosphere, when their leaves decompose (as they do all the time) it just goes back up.
The rich oil barrens and their supporters are only hurting themselves with their naive stupidity! Undeserving of voting! They know not what they do.
