No, as we heard over and over and over again from the last administration, Trump inherited the debt.

Trump didn't inherit the level of military involvement we had in 2009 nor did he inherit a recession with record unemployment, he inherited a pretty good economy that got better under him yet he is recording recession type debt numbers.
