Pelosi isn't going to bring up impeachment unless she can get votes for it, AND her Senate counterparts can get 2/3rds for removal. A very high hurdle. She didn't do that when they were all crying for Dubya to get impeached back in 2006-2007 for the Iraq war. Instead she let Dubya get his butt kicked on his trying to privatize Social Security.
Many people have also (probably correctly) stated that if the horrible plague of Trumpism is going to be permanently excised from our politics, he needs to be defeated at the ballot box. If he is removed by Congress, his base will just stew in their seething anger for longer and it will make it harder for the GOP party to move on from this nightmare.
You speak as if this were a game and only Trump lost. We the people were held hostage by both Pelosi and Trump while they had their C*&k measuring contest at the peoples expense.
The left cries the wall is a waste. Yeah where were those cries as Obama doubled our debt to include a 40 million dollar gas station in Afghanistan? How about Obama's 1 trillion dollar F-35? What about 2 billion+ for the Unaffordable care act web sight?
The left can say they opposed the wall because it was a waste of tax dollars, but their history illustrates the hypocrisy in that. They opposed it because it was Trump's pork.
Pelosi as well as Trump is a national embarrassment. The groupies on both sides empower these prima donnas.

She will be willing to negotiate now, and she will even agree to something that allows a modicum of face saving for Trump (although of course he'll lie no matter what and claim he "won") but it will not be a 25 billion dollar 20 foot high wall (or what his most recent nonsense was) or even a $5.7 billion down payment on one.
I agree. She's crated the crazy snarling dog, now it's time to move on in the government.
No need to have the dog hauled off the premises and be replaced by a smoother, cleaner, more dangerous, smarter dog.
If a congressional leader has to deal with a president of the opposing party, what better than to have a weakling like Trump, who has become putty in her hands?

Paul Ryan is the most cowardly person to ever hold public office. I can’t even stand to see his face. Nancy Pelosi is so far beyond him, I can’t even put it into words.
So what? Trump looked like a pissy teenage girl while Pelosi kept him from giving the SOTU and made him back off the shutdown without funding for his wall. He was totally owned.
Um, no. Who didn’t go on a trip? Who didn’t care to deal? Who refused to talk? Pelosi for fear her brain would freeze. Again.
She didn't have to deal because she had all the power and used it to make Trump look like the loser he is. You realize that the government is open and Trump didn't get a cent for the wall, right?
