Whitaker said he would be pleased to appear, as long as Nader and the rest of the Democrat clown circus does not issue a subpoena. If he is under a subpoena, he said in that circumstance, he will not appear.
Nader and the Democrats are going out of their way to be the biggest thundering a--holes that they can possibly be. What is wrong with these people? He said he was willing to come. Why not just stop being a bunch of complete jerks and let him come - without a completely unnecessary subpoena.
