Is he the idiot that asked a guy what he owned on his home left to pay and the guy told him 360K tonight?
And he had the ball$ to tell him that’s not too bad...
Yeah good advice.
His reply would be "If you had a paid-for home, would you go out and borrow $360K on it today in order to invest it?"
If you have the ability to pay it off, that is exactly what you are doing by not paying it off.
So, all other health care insurance is unaffordable unless your employer can give you a good deal. Too many don't even offer to pay for any health insurance.
No, even employer-provided health insurance that's partially employer-subsidized (almost all are, very few cover the cost 100%) is unaffordable if the premiums and deductibles are too high. Don't know where you've been, but many have complained about that since Obamacare skyrocketed premium and deductible prices.
I haven't read the replies but the guy is a scam artist. He goes into churches preaching his wealth schemes and then directs you to a "financial adviser" that gives him a kick back.
Take his good advice and ignore the rest... Pay down your highest interest rate debt, first, and then work on paying down the rest? Sure! Don't live beyond your means so you don't have to rack up credit card debt? Sure! Just start there.
Ha! I was never given that advice, but I sure wish I was way back then!
That stumps me. Honestly. How does it NOT violate common sense to... Rack up loads of high interest debt? Live beyond one's means, thereby adding even more perpetually revolving debt on high interest credit cards?
When are liberals NOT mad at something? They have to be some of the most unhappy people on the planet.
They have to be unhappy, playing the victim card ensures they continue to vote for Democrats to “do
something about it.”
They really are the most helpless people in the country.
