That's not even how you know. You know by how she acted: lying about being scared to fly, trolling the Senate by asking them to make Kavanaugh go first (before he even heard the claims he was supposed to defend himself against), her demeanor while testifying, the fact she didn't tell anyone at the time, the fact she didn't know how she got to the party or how she got home (each of which would have involved someone being able to corroborate at least part of her story), etc.
The key point of the accusation was that it lacked enough key details for the accused to possibly have constructed an alibi.
Makes it 100% impossible to clear yourself when they can't say where or when it was.
Guess they learned from the Duke Lacrosse case where it turned out several of the guys accused could prove they weren't even there. Oooops!
