Trumpers want no dissent. All must bow to their Orange God. Trumpers believe Trump when he says he has a "big brain" and knows about nearly every subject that anyone else.
Thankfully there are still those that retain their rationality and do not swoon whenever Trump opens his mouth or will give him a pass on his rampant corruption.
What can be complicated is learning to do research. Learning to validate sources and dismiss the unsubstantiated. Learning that almost nothing is %100 and that new facts can create epiphanies that open whole new universe's. That truth is absolute but not always infallible as new truths can substantiate or replace old conceptions.
None of this matters to Trump followers as they will believe anything he says, even if it is a blatant and obvious lie that changes every day. Even if it is a media source that has been proven over and over to be biased and corrupt and non-factual.
No one is saying the NYT is perfect but comparing it to The Daily Caller is like comparing Mogen David 20/20 to fine French wine.
Is this really of lack comprehension or intentionally just trying to blow smoke?
