Bullies, it's often said, are usually cowards.

This is a reminder that many bullies, like Trump, enjoy bullying, but then retreat.

Trump Has a History of Threatened Action, but Then Backing Off
The president has issued threats to foreign countries, domestic corporations and an American state. Then, he retreated.

By Michael Tackett and Linda Qiu

For President Trump, a threat is frequently his first impulse... But his threats often remain just that.

My personal favorite, though, remains Trump attempt to scare the New York Times. They stared him down and he caved right away.

The best one yet is when he was threatening to keep the Govt shutdown for months and even years over his border wall money...he went on and on how national security was THIS important...and literally the next day, as soon as the shutdown reached 30 days, he caved and agreed to reopen it (but he still tried to act like he was the tough guy, not giving in or caving), when he did this exact thing (its all very confusing).

I think we were duped with a Trump presidency, we all assumed he really would get in there and shine the light on stuff that most career politicians preferred to keep in the dark...we were so WRONG, it turns out he is just like the guy before him and so on and so on.

Hey OP no matter how many threads you start:
1) he will continue living in your head for the next 6 years
2) he’s still your president

MAGA.

Yeah, well like any ol' run-of-the-mill bully, he is a weakling, full of bluster, empty. Many could see this early on, but at least it is apparently being acknowledged more now.

Most of the Trump-supporting responses of late appear to posted by those running low on maturity as well as intelligence.

Some just repost the same moronic response over and over on one thread after another.

It's as if they've given up, and aren't even trying any more.

At least Trump is still trying, bless his heart.
