Can this bill hold up I federal court?

In Jan 2020 women in Georgia can be charged with murder for having an abortion or even a miscarriage and if they leave the state to have it done where it abortion is legal they can still be charged with conspiracy to murder when they return to Georgia.

Every similar bill from other states has been struck down in the lower-level circuit courts.

The question is, will The Supreme Court uphold it? Don't be so sure they won't, with a conservative majority.

As I always say these anti-abortionists should be forced to take care of all of these kids then. I have a feeling that would silence them all real fast.

The government owns your body no matter where you go.

It's a minor twist on the old adage: Wherever you go there you are.

Wherever you go there's the government!

They very well could change the Roe and Casey precedents to limit abortion, but Roberts may just switch and side with the liberals (as he already has on a stay of the restrictive Louisiana law). He places a high degree of value on the Court's institutional integrity and it not being seen as political.

Laws like this amount to an abortion ban, it will never make it to the supreme court. A new Kentucky law banning an abortion procedure in the second trimester just lost in court. One of these red state abortion laws will likely find its way to the supreme court but not one so blatant.

The feckless John Roberts wouldn't uphold it. He was a mistake of an appointment.

Yes, they do know, it's exactly why some state legislatures are passing these bills. Rightly or wrongly, they believe they can get SCOTUS to overturn Roe v Wade, by passing laws they know will be appealed.
