Sorry go read the reports. In fact the US is the major supplier of the weapons seized from the cartels in Mexico. Remember when one of the Fast and Furious weapons was found at the scene of the BP agent shooting?

The Chicago seizures are virtually all hand guns. And virtually all came from some out of state source into Chicago.

Please read my response. I said roughly 40% were straw purchases which is roughly the same as the number purchased from illegal dealers. 13% were stolen by the perp. That is from a survey of locked up perps.
