Do you feel the same way about strippers, porn stars, socialists/communists/violent political activists? We've seen teachers who do all sorts of things off hours that are considered controversial or morally repugnant by some people. Picking and choosing what "thoughts" someone is allowed to have will lead to bad things without a clear policy everyone can agree on.
Do you think there can be a clear policy everyone can agree on?
I wouldn't want them teaching kids either. What does this have to do with the woman that we're speaking of? The only reason I can think of for bringing up the aforementioned groups is because you didn't like what I had to say.

Yeah, it’s easy. Don’t be a public school teacher while running a white supremacist podcast.
So no, we can't have a clear policy everyone can agree on. If you think the things in the OP are "white supremacist" you haven't met a White Supremacist. And she wasn't teaching anything in class except whatever the district tells her to, so what's the problem if you don't want a clear policy?

I don't have to meet a white supremacist to know what one is like. So you can take your "whataboutism" and go somewhere else.

This is the thing, the school has a policy, & she was "being underhanded" about compliance & expected her students to go along with it & not tell their parents or anyone else.
From transcript of one of her monologues/interviews:
Quote:
... 00:32:36. I'm pretty aware hyper aware that they'll be watching and then I'll be listening so I think I'm getting a little bit more underhanded as to let you know how I deal with it if students asked questions about a particular topic had kids asking about the government shutdown several weeks ago I have kids to ask about North Korea and how everything's going with that I have kids asking about Isis and and Saudi Arabia and just all kinds of things and they have on his questions and I told them at the beginning of the year I said if you have questions I won't answer you I'm not going to give you you know I love biased view of anything I'll give you the facts and you can make up your own mind and I think a lot of teachers just don't do anymore of course we may have to teach you about this one side of this war there is another side ...
... 00:35:09. I get it because if it were the other way around with with leftist I would be paranoid with my own kids but at the same time I wouldn't try to get the teacher fired I just I just coach my own kids at home and say listen if this is what you're hearing here's the other side ...

All the more reason to not want such a person teaching students.
She resigned to avoid facing discipline when there was probable cause:
Quote:
The district’s investigation, however, focused on something else: Whether Volitich violated “professional practices by being deceptive in changing her teaching practices when administration enters her classroom and by encouraging her students to go along with the deception.”
Volitich investigation found cause for discipline
Teacher disputes findings, but resignation renders null any punishment
Wow, she'll be shunned( at least publicly) now by the other progressives.
& embraced by white supremacists.
