No American wants ALL of Central America to move to our country and turn it into a Spanish majority mess. It should be enough for them to escape their sh*thole countries to move to Mexico, but they are walking past Mexico and wanting America for all of our government handouts. And it's awful that they are using their children as golden tickets for entry. They need to take their children and return back home and to fix their countries, not abandon them.

I want borders enforced and the asylum/immigration process fixed.
But I am also worried about all the scapegoating going on and just wanting to ship millions of people out of the country. That sounds far too much like history repeating itself.
We're essentially at full employment. Bi-partisan CBO found that they are a net benefit to the economy. I'm more on board with a path to citizenship approach for those that have really established roots and are benefiting their community and guest working visas for the others. Jail for the career criminals rather than just deporting them to have them sneak back in.
I have a friend from one of the countries that is part of the caravan. He's told me that they are using children to get where they hope to go. He's very much against it because he feels they are taking advantage of our country.
The part that is really sad is many Americans are only in favor of illegals coming into the country because it goes against Trump. Any other president & they'd be upset just like conservatives.
No one that believes in society and the rule of law should be rooting for and helping the people that have chosen to skip the line, to bypass the process to get into the country on bogus claims of asylum. There is a loop hole that needs to be closed and no one but Trump who is being painted as Hitler is trying to do something about it.
The Democrats should be ashamed of themselves for turning their backs on every Legal Immigrant that has followed our immigration laws.
With the way the Democrats are working these days I'm considering letting my passport expire because they are pushing for open borders and lawlessness so why bother?
Smart people see a problem in the near future that will lead to our ultimate downfall if this illegal immigration isn't stopped while the brainwashed fail to acknowledge that there is even a problem.

But it could be true. Non one complained with Obamas mass deportations. Republicans had plenty of time to close the "asylum loopholes", but refused to do so. The reason for their refusal seems obvious: the immigration problem is too valuable to them politically. What would their base do if it went away? Same with abortion? If it was banned, they could lose potentially tens of millions of votes.
