They won't understand the financial hit until the FICA cap is removed and upwards of 20% of their paychecks are removed every week.

A non-skilled/low-skilled job, or even a medium skilled job, isn't going to be able to pay for healthcare, childcare, and student loans. In the latter - pick one. My early career but highly technical role could barely handle the cost of cancer while I lived with roommates and had excellent insurance.

Costs are increasing far faster than salaries.

Sounds like a huge deal compared to the percentage cost of healthcare, childcare, and education expenses for the average middle class worker.
