Unless he moved recently, I believe he lives in California.

I cry math foul...the cost would only be 710 per person??? malarkey

now if you said 979million...7100pp that would at least make mathematical sense

Lol. Just a regular voter. You just go up to the table and give your name and they find it and you sign and you vote.

Old subject and not equal to what’s happening today and you know it. Plus the Irish and Italians didn’t expect freebies and to be supported by other people. Totally different situation.

Yes agreed, I expected someone would bring up the immigration of the past and compare it now when it’s completely different, in response to my post. They forget even Ellis Island had rules regarding health, sound mind and physical ability, no illnesses, able to work a trade , etc. Many people were turned away.

The proficiency rate in math is 13%. There are multiple families crowded into single family homes, and the school is overcrowded (never intending to serve this many families). You don't think that has a negative effect on the educational level available to American children relegated to that school? You don't think that the schools go begging for more money, and that drives the property taxes up?

I'm sure you're comfortable in your affluent, liberal enclave. But middle-class neighborhoods that are being overrun by illegals who can't speak English and depend on Americans to educate and feed their children hurt current Americans in those neighborhoods.
We are flooded with illegals here in CALIFORNIA, and our government here loves them with a passion. I understand and agree with what you’re saying. I think a couple on here are just trolls as they’re so idiotic with their posts it defies normal common sense.
All these posts are the same anyway. We have posters who are so in love with illegals they are oblivious to anything that would curb this activity as they don’t want it stopped. Then we have the group that is against illegals and wants to stop the invasion, and basically the two groups shall never meet.

No one can blame illegals for coming here, particularly when they're enticed with the promise of goodies the Dems dangle in front of them. The Democrats are the ones to blame and they should be hanged for treason and theft.

Actually the biggest factor determining low scores in school is poverty, not immigration status or ethnicity. But what is FARMS? and what is ESOL? The correct term for kids learning English is ELL (English Language Learner) but you are the second poster who has talked about FARMS and I have no idea what it refers to.
