I never said they were blue dog democrats. In fact, they are far from it as they are extremely left leaning.
Calm down. I never said that they were "illegitimate". Just pointing out that they don't care who they vote for as long as there is a "D" by their name.
I'm perfectly calm. But I'll be sure to tell you to calm down. Because it seems like you've got a double standard going. Districts that reliably vote for "D" are made up of people who don't understand the issues and who don't inform themselves about candidates' positions, but districts that reliably vote for "R" are the complete opposite. So silly.
The OP posted the whole quote. My first post on this thread, which you took issue with, actually posted the whole quote. Let me say that again, THE WHOLE QUOTE. It really sounds like you don't know the WHOLE QUOTE. Because I twisted nothing.
...uh nope

Why don’t they go back and help fix the totally broken and crime infested places from which they came.
Then come back and show us how....
....it is done. These places need your help badly, you can’t leave fast enough.
Ooooohh, you are giving me tingles. Which country do you think AOC should go to? And when she gets there, how is she, an American citizen, supposed to fix this other country's problems? Why should the people of that country listen to her?
I am waiting breathlessly for you to answer.
I'll answer
As an American citizen of PR descent, she can go to PR and fix their problems. Heaven knows that PR has a lot of problems.
Before you go on a rant about how "racist" my remark is, save your breath. Being of PR descent myself and having lived there for a time, there is a lot that needs fixing there. AOC needs to put her money where her mouth is and get cracking

Did I say that about republican districts? I never said any such thing. You pointed out that people in their districts elected these dems. I pointed out why.
Comments not racist. When liberals shriek racism, it’s because they don’t have any good arguments.
When Trump resorts to his misogynistic, racist and xenophobic language, to personally demean duly elected U.S. congresswomen, it's because he doesn't have any good argument to defend his policies.
Yes, I am aware we have plenty of whites from other countries. But let's say the child of an immigrant from Russia (who was born here) comes onto the scene- he/she appears white and has an American accent. Nobody considers him/her to be from "somewhere else."
A brown/black person with an American accent, you bigots would still consider them to be from "somewhere else."
Your bigoted President definitely thinks so.
No, he doesn't and stop deflecting from the topic at hand.
