I missed the part about confiscating surplus (theft by socialist government), oppressive taxation, and destroying liberty by pervasive regulations.
I do note that the USCON was bypassed in 1933, by the STATE OF EMERGENCY declared by 'saint' Roosevelt and his socialist administration. And all lawful money was 'liberated' and it became a crime for 'free' Americans to own constitutional gold money. [Gee, were they really that dumb in 1933?]
However, that government is dedicated to guaranteeing a republican form of government (See: Art 4, Sec. 4). That's the one where all men have Creator endowed rights, liberties, absolute ownership, powers, etc, etc, that governments were instituted to secure. (See: Declaration of Independence)
Coincidentally, all STATE CONSTITUTIONS recite the self evident assertions of the Declaration making it the foundation of all law in the nation... unless you consent otherwise.
