CA 28 has a +23 Democratic advantage and you think that this 29 year old republican guy who no one has ever heard of before can win the seat? Not to mention, he's running for a federal office with campaign pledge to end homelessness in Southern California? I dunno...I always thought state politicians would be in a better position to deal with local issues
