I stumbled across this article on Twitter. There is a wide range of issues that would appeal across the isle, pro-housing construction, pro UBI but against critical race theory.
Unfortunately I don't think there is a current viable alternative to the Democratic Establishment and the limited opposition is fragmented into smaller groups from Bernie supporters to conservative anti-lockdown types.
This platform puts forth a strong centrist sentiment that appeals to many but it's views are not represented by any political leaders or major organizations.
Why UBI for everyone for at least 5 years? What's the plan/goal/exit strategy for that?
My problem with UBI is that it's so easy to prevent needing it for the majority of people....just DON'T automate and/or outsource all our jobs and become more of a manufacturing hub than we currently are.
Some interesting things there but little no reasoning or long term plans for some points, like Calexit
UBI, at least for now, isn't intended to be a substitute for income but rather an added cushion. This article at least proposes diversified sources for revenue.

Calexit may be the only viable option to breakup the one party monopoly.

-Lost Californians initiative that includes tax breaks for anyone born in California, or who can prove Californian ancestry, to return, to help foster a California identity
-Tax incentives to move to California and extend in-state tuition costs at Universities to the rest of the nation to attract out of state talent
Pipe Dreams... Gotta love Californians who want to paper over the real problems instead of addressing the real issues.
