Think about it, if you can't handle some of the most severely disabled folks, how will you be able to handle a dangerous wild animal while camping, going to the zoo or if it gets into your home?
Not trying to be a white knight for special needs folks, but I do think a lot of ignorant people are jumping into this bandwagon of mis-informing the general public about special needs folks and just make them feel lower of themeselves instead of helping them communicate
Then again, eugenics has existed for a long time anyways so I can kind of understand why it happens.

I... don't think that comparison is such a good idea. People shoot dangerous wild animals.
I am genuinely confused by the comparison, are you saying special needs individuals are akin to dangerous animals? The way society handles wild animals is to euthanize them or cage them. Are you suggesting we do that with disabled people?!?!?!????

The second amendment takes care of 1 problem. Compassion solves the other.

Is just the impression I kind of get
I don't know if this still happens, but I believe in a lot of 3rd world countries guillotine has always been performed on people born with a disability for starters

I'm sure you mean well, but I'm not following your line of thinking.
What exactly are you trying to say?
I'm sincerely interested.

See the moderator's post, the inference is 100% spot on
IMO I am just trying to suggest there seems to be a big communication gap between certain special needs groups and the general public, thus they most resort to either animalization, euthanization, over-discipline, etc

WTF, seriously?
