Trump and "dump" . . . two words which definitely belong in the same sentence.

Kinda like saying, "Next time you take a trump, be sure to wipe your Donald."

You tell me what "reform" means to the Democrats then. Amnesty does not resolve the issue it just encourages more illegal aliens to come here. When do these amnesties end?

Well, those on the left believe migrants make us stronger, so they should have no issue with this. They want to let them into the country at will, so I'm sure the people with those, "I don't care where you come from, I'm glad you're my neighbor" signs will be hosting them in their homes and donating their money to set them up.

Why didn't the GOP do a reform when they had control of all branches?

It seems they want to do nothing to fix anything, because then they wouldn't have anything to complain about. Same with abortion. They'd rather keep it, because it is such a valuable political tool for them. They don't want to fix it, then just want to complain about it.

A reform (which included walls, etc) was on the table as early as 2012, but they refused to even talk about it.

Do you know what a supermajority is or what a poison pill is? Cause that question is retarded..

The poster doesn't understand how the Senate operates or the concept of the filibuster.

Retarded? I am surprised the mods would allow that.

"When the debate is over, slander becomes the tool of the losers" - Socrates

Any bill which is written to pass, will pass, while a bill which is never put up for a vote will NEVER pass.

Americans gave GOP a chance, and they failed, and their explanation is "oh, but we didn't have super majority".

Is it too hard to write a serious bill, which is designed to pass? Apparently it is to hard, that they don't even bother trying.

That's as weak as it gets.

You suggest they should not even try out of fear of a filibuster.

That is the attitude of "no can do" person, and the attitude which is shared by the entire Republican party.

The truth is that they LOVE to complain, and raise bills which are designed to fail, like 50 bills to overturn ACA.

Write a common sense bill, and people from both parties will support it. Why does even bill from GOP have to be "all or nothing". That's bad politics.
