Treason for what, simply following a treaty with Ukraine that President Clinton signed?

In 1998 the US signed a treaty with Ukraine providing that both nations would provide mutual assistance investigating crimes.

Pursuant to this treaty, President Trump was well within his right to seek assistance from Ukraine in investigating crimes of Joe and Hunter Biden.

President Trump was right to tell the Ukrainian leader that the Attorney General would be in touch with him. The Attorney General is our nation’s top law enforcement officer. The President did absolutely nothing wrong!

The treaty is not a lie. Big dawg Bill Clinton signed it.

U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE
79-118 WASHINGTON : 1999

LETTER OF TRANSMITTAL

----------

The White House, November 10, 1999.

To the Senate of the United States:

With a view to receiving the advice and consent of the Senate to ratification, I transmit herewith the Treaty Between the United States of America and Ukraine on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters with Annex, signed at Kiev on July 22, 1998. I transmit also, for the information of the Senate, an exchange of notes which was signed on September 30, 1999, which provides for its provisional application, as well as the report of the Department of State with respect to the Treaty.

The Treaty is one of a series of modern mutual legal assistance treaties being negotiated by the United States in order to counter criminal activities more effectively. The Treaty should be an effective tool to assist in the prosecution of a wide variety of crimes, including drug trafficking offenses. The Treaty is self-executing. It provides for a broad range of cooperation in criminal matters. Mutual assistance available under the Treaty includes: taking of testimony or statements of persons; providing documents, records, and articles of evidence; serving documents; locating or identifying persons; transferring persons in custody for testimony or other purposes; executing requests for searches and seizures; assisting in proceedings related to restraint, confiscation, forfeiture of assets, restitution, and collection of fines; and any other form of assistance not prohibited by the laws of the requested state.

I recommend that the Senate give early and favorable consideration to the Treaty and give its advice and consent to ratification.

William J. Clinton

And if you don't think Hunter Biden got his cushy $50,000/month job in an industry he had absolutely no experience with then....

Nothing really. Trump admitted he did exactly what this whistle-blower says he did. They also know exactly what he meant to say during his phone call. They know it was completely wrong. So now they are playing lawyer and claiming evidence is not admissible as search warrant was illegal

That seems to be the case.

Diggin' all the way back to 99, nice!

Did Clinton hold funds, and ask them to do HIM a favor before he moved forward with anything?

That is a lie, but my guess is you don’t care. The server in question is on government property and is used to hold sensitive intel. For people in government with a “need to know”, those data are available.

But none of that matters to the TDS afflicted, go ahead and continue your neurotic fantasy.
Could be, maybe he stored it on Hillary’s private email server.

The FIRST person called should be the whistleblower. That’s the accuser. That’s the way our country operates, a right by the accused to face his accuser. When you make a compliant with authorities regarding a perceived crime or injustice, you sign a statement. You make a complaint which becomes public record.

Why is this treated any different?
This is all Dog and Pony show nonsense. Put the “ whistle blower “ under Oath first thing Monday. Have him NAME his sources , and then have them placed under Oath , and the truth will be revealed. But that’s not how the Dems want this to played out. They want the drama, the Talking heads, the buildup , as the stroke the flames to take away the votes of the people.

What they are saying is the heck with and your vote , people. We will decide if your chosen leader speaks the language we desire, and follows the script that we want followed. We will remove those that don’t measure up to our standards. We’ll decide, not you.

And by no surprise, Hillary is back blabbing. Did you hear her yesterday ? Trump is in it for personal gain, not for country. Like everything accomplished the last few years was just dumb luck. SHE is in it for the people. She is actually the mob boss that spent years collecting loot from foreign countries. Trump brought down the Clinton machine, and he has to pay a price for that. We are seeing it. Remember, she was the first to mouth the word “ Resistance”
The IG will be the first interview and the whistle blowers has also requested to meet with the committee. Government isn’t stopped in its tracks and am elected president still has to answer to someone same as any employee.

Of course, it's a lie, and of course he doesn't care.

The whole thing is a lie. The "whistleblower" did not allege any wrongdoing, but the fake-news media and IC are running a hardcore psyop pretendiong that it did.

Of course, because there's nothing wrong with it. The USG is allowed to investigate possible criminal/corrupt activity, even if the person in question is running for President (or *is* the President, as we have seen), and the USG is allowed to investigate election interference. The notion that the President did something wrong is crazy.
