Actually, it was originally signed into law back in 2006 as the Combating Autism Act, before Obama got a hold of it in 2011, and then 2014 changed the name. https://www.autismspeaks.org/autism-cares-act
And even more interesting, the whole thing was brought forward and pushed through by a Democrat and Republican congressmen from NJ in a joint bipartisan act to help people. I wish we would see more of this. It's obvious Obama and Trump both agree on something good for a change.
