House minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and Mike McCaul, Rankimg Member of House Committee on Homeland Security, hold a press conference with the media pool immediately following the bipartisan White House briefing on Syria.
Apparently once Nancy Pelosi finished her political meltdown and stomped out of the briefing, the remaining democrats and republicans engaged in a healthy discussion with U.S. military leadership and President Trump about the purpose of the U.S. draw-down.
McCarthy on Trump meeting: Was more productive without Pelosi
Looks like the Democrats aren't getting President Trump to cave in to what they want, as so many Republicans used to, and the Democrats are flummoxed. All they can do is walk out on him, and then scurry to every news microphone they can find and insist that Trump did the meltdown and walkout (even though he was still in the room as the Democrats stormed out).

Nancy Pelosi needs help fast! There is either something wrong with her “upstairs,” or she just plain doesn’t like our great Country. She had a total meltdown in the White House today. It was very sad to watch. Pray for her, she is a very sick person!

Pelosi doesn't have meltdowns. She's way to savvy in politics unlike Trump. She does, however, know how to get under his skin.
Trump apparently had the meltdown and sent out that tweet after Pelosi said on TV that Trump had a meltdown and she was praying for him and that he isn't well.
As usual he projects his own sad shortcomings onto others as a way of deflecting from himself.
It’s actually quite amazing how he does this. Everything he accuses people of is perfectly accurate when applied to himself. It’s a great play, have a meltdown then afterwards immediately start tweeting about how someone else was actually having the meltdown so you can get ahead of the narrative. Must be nice to be able to lie with impunity...

Except the evidence says otherwise

He tries to work with them. They're afraid it may appear as a victory for him.
The only photo I saw was Nervous Nancy standing and screaming at Trump and shaking her finger at him in a large meeting. She wants war and Trump wants peace. Sounds like she is trying to save face. She knows her days as Speaker of the House are coming to an end because Reps will take back the seats they lost in 2018 plus a few more. Why doesn't the cow retire? How much more money does she need at her age?
Trump wants peace, does capitulating to a threat by Turkey to invade Syria amount to peace.
All accounts indicate he is in full melt down mode, hard to believe this is a president casting insults because he knows he made a serious error.
The picture shows Pelosi standing, I never heard her scream and don't see how you got that from a picture.
Look at the picture. He looks like he is being scolded and others are looking like they don't want to be there.
