That’s a significant change long sought by criminal justice advocates, plus opportunity zones in the tax bill directed at communities of color.”
Garrett noted that Trump’s achievements for minority communities have been so historic that it is a record that “almost any president after three years would want to claim, particularly President Obama.”

It takes an honest, mature, forthright person to acknowledge progress when it is being led by someone who has been branded as The Enemy. You can despise Trump and even wish death upon him if it gives your life pleasure, but when people are unable to acknowledge progress because he led it, they fail the whole “honest, mature, forthright” test.
