It is the funniest video I have ever seen, yet it's brutally true. There can be dangerous Policemen out there and many can be racist as well. A poisonous snake is dangerous, especially if you antagonize them, best to just avoid all of them.
Chris uses humor, but he is deadly serious. I used to coach lots of sports. I told my players to always be polite and respectful to the Umpires/refs. I told them the officials were usually trying to be fair, but being human, they could (and often did) make mistakes. I know it's true, because I've umpired some baseball and basketball games just to help out. But, if he/she were prejudiced against us or just a jerk and you antagonize them, they would only escalate their abuse (or prejudice).
