As long as the voters are deeply addicted to voting in incumbents in Congress term after term after voting that way, that's how we must accept things. Such voters are guaranteed to get the kind of government they put in office. But as someone said, "if voting did any good they wouldn't let us vote".

I giggle when I hear people thinking their vote really matters! LOL

They cannot be that naive?!

I do give the tyrants and media some credit though...they actually do a pretty good job making it look like our votes matter, but I guess they almost have to do that, unless they want a revolution on their hands....they have public deception down to an art form.

You could kill off the entire federal government power structure using AR-15 armed citizenry and it wouldn't matter because the people who take their place would end up the same way. This is a human nature problem and a problem with the founders not catching every loophole to keep human nature in check when they wrote the constitution.

Nothing will change until laws are created to keep human nature in check... balanced budget amendments, lifetime term limits, strict campaign finance laws about taking donations or bribes....

To say the vote doesn't matter at all is a bit exaggerated though. The red side has done us some good post covid to keep the new world order socialist utopian nanny staters in check. The vote matters more at the state and local level where red governors can counteract Federal Government mandates. They won't be banning guns because of mass shootings any time soon. If the world's elites think they are going to do this by using shootings, they are in for a surprise.. it will be a bloody, drawn out affair if they try.

Studies have proven that voters feel overwhelmingly that Congress is heinous, but THEIR Congressperson is just swell.

Congressional approval rating is just 20%, well below Joe Biden's pathetic approval rating:

https://www.statista.com/statistics/...e-us-congress/

Voters must look a lot harder at their own Congresspersons...I know I am. I hardly ever vote for the same person twice, unless the alternative is really bad.

If your Congressperson is 70 years old plus, you very likely need to make a change because that means they have been in Congress for way too long. Being there for more than 1 term has all kinds of downsides for citizens, but that is another topic.

This long-standing regional-squabble has morphed in to
"America must act or Russia will take over the world".

This kinda reminds me of the same sort of leap the USA made with the
Afghanistan/Iraq boondoggle, WOMD, spreading democracy and all nonsense.

"Could it be any MORE obvious whose interests our government is serving???"
So, 100% of "our government" voted for this!

Exaggerate much?
