For those who don't know, Offit is a pediatrician and immunologist who has long pushed vaccines for anything and everything. I believe he even made a vaccine against rotavirus.
He is one of the most ardent bulldogs to vaccinate your kids, and you know that link between autism and vaccines, that's just pseudo-science.
So when I saw this, my jaw dropped to the floor. Of course, I should have seen it coming as earlier he said his kids wouldn't be getting the boosters.
This is probably the most damning indictment of this administration, our FDA and everyone involved.
How ? he has already had 3 Covid vaccines injections. He is just declining a 2nd booster because he had a fairly mild recent infection that he believes activated his immune system.
Offit is in his 70s, but won't take the booster. His last infection was in May, according to the CDC he should be boosted
But anyways, Suzy, I have extraordinary patience, one day I will get you onboard
He had a booster (3 shots total),and a covid infection.

My doctor says she isn't getting it. She's in her 40s. She doesn't recommend against it, just says it isn't very effective.
Wow! Hopefully your doctor isn’t in California. I mean, they would prosecute her because of not towing the Democrat Party line re: vaccines, er, I mean, “misinformation.”
After seeing all of these random deaths of younger people due to “cardiac issues,” I’m happy I decided to remain unvaccinated.
This whole thing has made me completely distrust the medical community and the drug companies. My kids are adults now but if I had to do it all over again, I would forego vaccinating them. I simply now believe that the risks outweighs the benefits.
It's all about the nature of probability. Some people blow their brains out on the first game of Russian roulette. Some can play Russian roulette a hundred times and never lose a brain cell.
The difference is the government doesn't mandate everyone play Russian roulette.
