Interesting... This individual was scamming the postal service so Chinese businesses could have cheaper shipping. I think it's fair to assume, she wasn't acting alone.
Wow...guess it sort of explains how some of this stuff can get shipped so cheap. A few years ago I bought a watch (Maranez) out of HK, and had it in my hand within 4 days and the shipping was free.
LOL — I knew there was a reason those bubble mailers sent from Shanghai can arrive faster than a UPS package shipped from Texas.
