This is a question I think about often, following true crimes. I don't know.
I will say, the less exposure this man has to a camera, the better. Any thoughts that his followers might have a come to Jesus moment and realize their idol is on trial for a felony, and that's NOT a good thing, just won't happen.
Any exposure at all that he gets - whatever it is - his followers lap up like butter.

So. I'd say, no. No cameras in the courtroom.
At this point, we're fully seven years into nonstop efforts by the left to destroy Donald Trump. But a lot of people continue to 'make their bones' him. However much time Trump has 'on camera', the legal team/Democrat establishment will have more... so it'll be all over TV.

LOL...
The Democrats didn't care about any sort of "exposure" when they held the Prime-Time "J6 Committee Hearings". Oh yeah, that wasn't about Trump but to get to the "truth"
How much public exposure have the Democrats given him over the last 7+ years? And now you say keep him off camera?
Give the Democrats what they want..right? Based on the history here. If this was televised you would have all of those suffering from TDS having daily "watch parties". I wouldn't be surprised if the prosecution put a motion in the court to do their own "prime time" coverage for the opening statements.
I hadn't thought much about it. While I'm not terribly interested in watching it, I do think it should be televised. It's important and should be out in the open for all to see.
If not televised, the country's division will deepen. Can;t deepen much further w/o breaking.
Rules re televised court hearing must be set aside as were state voting regs.
Dems have stacked their hearings, soviet style. Time to shed light in the government shadows to alleviate at least some of the propaganda the media will use.
