Given that Anthropogenic (Human Caused) Carbon Dioxide Emissions account for a mere 4% of the total, that the average surface temperature has increased a mere 0.4 to 0.8 degrees C in the last 100+ years, and that this temperature increase cannot be conclusively linked to increased carbon dioxide emissions, do you think that the draconian Senate Bill

GovTrack: S. 2191: Text of Legislation

is in any way warranted?

Global Warming is not human-caused, but humans have hastened the process. Global Warming is quite natural (CO2 from Volcanoes), and when the Earth reaches a certain point, the process of Ocean Stagnation takes place in order to re-balance the excess Carbon Dioxide. Completely natural process blow out of proportion.

Doom and gloom is very popular among human beings. We love talking about disasters, death, destruction, etc. I am not surprised why global warming is so popular, it gives hopelessly bored people something to really care about.

Without a doubt, sooner or later, we in the United States are going to be reduced to a personal carbon allowance as proposed in Great Britain by Eugenicists like Mayer Hillman.

I would honestly rather see a civil war in this country before something like that happens.
I cannot believe how quickly the civilized world is rocketing towards totalitarianism.
