The Russian news outlet SOTAvision has announced that, shortly after Alexei Navalny, principal opponent to Putin, collapsed and died mysteriously in Siberian prison. He "felt unwell after a walk". Was he Epsteined? Apparently far-left tactics never change.

It's never a good idea to say things about a regime that depends on giving the populace only one version of "the truth". They want only their own version broadcast. And if someone starts spreading information the regime can't easily refute or answer, apparently they will do whatever it takes to stop him.

A video surfaced Friday showing Alexei Navalny, a prominent critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, making a court appearance just a day before Russian officials say he collapsed and died at a penal colony in Siberia.

Footage shared by the Russian news outlet SOTAvision showed the 47-year-old laughing and appearing in good spirits while behind bars at the IK-3 penal colony, also known as "Polar Wolf," in Kharp in northern Russia. Navalny made the appearance in Russia’s Supreme Court by video link, according to The Associated Press.

Earlier Friday morning, Russia’s prison agency announced that Navalny felt unwell after a walk and lost consciousness. An ambulance arrived to try to rehabilitate him, but he died, a statement added.

It does make one wonder. He was only 47, a bit young to collapse and die but who knows. We never will.

In another thread about the Putin, Tucker Carlson interview some accused Tucker of being a fan boy of Putin's and not asking him the tough questions but perhaps Tucker was more concerned with doing the interview and going back home than getting tough and being detained?

You never know what could happen and this includes what our own Government is willing to do to us.

Tucker is a Putin fan boy, for sure, but he also knows the man is a ruthless murderer. Tucker preferred to go home with a red face rather than a green one.

Is everyone you don't like or agree with politically a "Putin fan boy"???

The Russian's will merely point to Epstein's prison death and the increasingly political nature of the US justice system, as well as political extradition cases such as Assange or even Snowden.

Then you have the UN criticism of US capital punishment methods and the conditions in US prisons, so I don't think the US is in a position to lecture the world when it comes to prison conditions and deaths or in relation to a politicised judicial system.

The US is not in a position to take the moral high ground in terms of human rights or international law that it does not adhere to or ratify, and the US in recent decades hasn't even adhered to due process and has engaged in torture, or has the US now forgotten about extraordinary rendition and Guantanamo Bay.
