When you let elect foreign born people and they destroy your culture.

Scotland’s fascist “hate crime” went into effect earlier this week as the country’s First Minister, Humza Yousaf, seeks to crack down on free speech and opposition to his leftist agenda.
However, Yousaf’s big idea did not appear to go to plan after Scots flooded the tip line with reports about a speech he gave back in 2020 when he chastised white people.
So

Police Scotland has received more than 3,000 hate crime reports since a new law was introduced on Monday, the BBC understands.

It creates a new crime of “stirring up hatred” over protected characteristics. A large number were about a 2020 speech by First Minister Humza Yousaf – then justice secretary – highlighting white people in prominent public roles.

Humza Yousaf was not elected as First Minister, he was merely elevated to the position of First Minister after Nicola Sturgeon the previous First Minister stepped down following a police investigation in to corruption.

Rushi Sunak, was also not elected and was merely elevated to the position of PM by Tory MP's and not the electorate.

However the electorate will be able to decide in the general election later this year, as there is a mandatory General Election every 5 years, and there also regular local elections including to the various devolved assemblies.

As for the police they have already stated that they will not be investigating J.K Rowling or Huma Yousaf, and that no crimes have been committed.

The legal defences and judicial precedence in relation to such cases including the Scottow and Miller cases and Article 10 of the ECHR, they have already been mentioned on other threads.

Finally it's worth noting that the US has recently been criticised in relation to free speech and journalistic freedoms in relation to the Assange case, whilst there has also been controversy surrounding US Universities and Anti-Semitic speech that allegedly left some Jewish students fearful, and which resulted in the resignation of the President of Harvard and the President of the University of Pennsylvania.
