It appears that both the left and right don't believe Gore (Mr. Wizard), from some of the above postings.
Then why are McCain and Obama's platforms both stressing their willingness to make global warming one of their main priorities ?
Wouldn't it be more prudent to gather all the top scientific minds and determine what
is real in the debate and what isn't before spending zillions on helter skelter plans.
OOPS ! Mr. Wizard told us the debate was over. Please advise when and where the debate was. I must have missed it somehow, because there are a lot of scientists
that don't seem to buy Mr. Wizard's dubious facts.
I find most liberal elitists are this way. "Do as I say and not as I do." Same way with the people who think gas prices should continue to go up. If they want to force America into accepting a lower standard of living, they should be willing to do so themselves.
Liberals lie b/c their base needs to stay poor and depressed to keep them in power. Republicans don't need to lie, but still do, because their base is successful and doesn't rely on the govt for everything. Lying and liberal go hand and hand.
Leonardo di Caprio is the other hypocryt, travelling on a private plane to tell people to use less energy to save and go green but first spending xxxx what a normal person or even a celebraty spends.

From what I have heard Bush's house is not very big and does not use any energy. I think he has some kind of solar or water heat. Alfred Gore should be really ashamed. I believe his movie. I really do. But I also believe he is part of the problem.
