IIRC the prophet Mohammed recognized the Jews as one of the people of the book. The Jews and Iranians have more in common with each other than they have with the Crusaders of the Christian west. This is getting more interesting every day. I can imagine the Middle East as a reinstated Persian empire guaranteeing the freedom of the Jews.

Until the Jews rejected Muhammad and then he became quite nasty towards them...dhimmitude wasn't that nice.

i dont know if this is a joke but come on, most of the people of isreal have ancestry in europe not the middle east. and he dont hate jews he hates zionist, theres a difference. zionist propaganda comes from europe.

um let a nation approved by the UN or britain but rejected by the US form on top of any state in the USA the same situation would happen what happens in the middle east regarding isreal and its neighbors

I don't know about that. I'd be willing to forego, say, Delaware for Kuwait.

Did someone say buck-a-gallon gas?

True Christians should not eat pork, shellfish and such. It's right there in the Bible. That law was NOT done away with.

So true. Iron-age trichinosis and typhus were real drags.

Good riddance to them.

Now, then. I'll start with the clam chowder, and have the grilled pork chops. I'm so hungry I could eat a horse and chase the driver!
