Simple question; Do you support GW Bush and other top American leaders being subjected to War Crimes trials here (or overseas if for some reason we can't try them ourselves)?

Yes, because it will help prevent similar (and possibly greater) debacles in the future.

Absolutely!!!!!!!

Clinton lied about a BJ, and the outrage and demand for impeachment was a fire storm.

Bush lies and starts a war, costing 100's of thousands of lives, and no one seems to give a damn.

Be careful what you wish for. You just might get it.

The pendulum swings both ways and revenge against a future Democrat could be severe and tear the country further apart.

I think the strongest thing that could ever realistically happen to Bush or Cheney would be official censure. I think other, lower, fall-guy type people could be criminally convicted of other crimes, though. Rumsfeld? Hmmm.

I think it's more likely that some of the corporate decisionmakers who pushed/allowed the really egregious war profiteering will be prosecuted and convicted - and members of the military who got involved. Those trials - one or two - would be a distraction for years and a sop to those calling for the cartoon leaders' heads, and would be much more likely to succeed.

Country is more important than either party. I voted YES to prevent similar debacle from incoming administrations (democrat or republican).
