I came across this article and they are saying that Iowa is the second worst state for someone to be Black, I guess, the author is basing his rankings on incarceration rate % for Blacks in different state compared to White and Hispanic incarceration rates, I have to say this is total BS, Iowa is by far one of the least racist states I have ever lived in, interracial marriages are very common and even in the small podunk towns in the middle of nowhere, you will hardly ever find hostility or racial prejudice from the locals.
I guess, crime here in Iowa overall is very low and the few Blacks that have relocated here from places like Chicago are the ones that seem to always be in trouble. I think his methodology is flawed.
Sounds like a racist article to me, anyway. Wouldn't pay much attention to that. Sounds like something from a KKK website, just that is is black instead of white.

I'd have to say just look that places that young blacks are more endanger of being murdered that they are dying from a accident or illness as far as in this country. But even that beat the heck out of the Sudan as a example.
I'd say Sudan where black Sudanese have been suffering under arab Sudanese. Another place could be Mauritania.
