I feel a lot sometimes but it's just people online, so nobody should really get too fired up.

I used to get mad but now I take it all pretty well. The opinions of people who aren't that smart, I just kind of ignore.

Not much, because unlike most Americans I don't think the world will end if my candidate loses. Besides, I just don't like being angry. It cramps my day.

I don't really get mad discussing politics but I will end the discussion if people dwell on half truth or rumor.
Or something important like what a candidate's half brother's cousin did in the 5th grade.

I have no patience for idiotic conversations like that.

And no I don't care that Palin's husband got a DUI 20+ years ago.

Many a time it seems the love for one's party trumps love for country - it is a bit saddening. One cannot seem to discuss religion, constitution, guns, environment (you name it) without someone coming in with the "party" opinion that has nothing to do with logic. Also, many threads are simple pissing contests - so, one needs to respond accordingly. My guess is that 95% of the minds participating here will not change over the next couple of months - that tells you the value of these "debates". Once you have all this in mind, it ain't so bad - afterall, I am here aren't I?

None for me. Occasionally I'll read something and be surprised that people really think a certain way, but in general I spend most of my time with a smile on my face.

This forum has not had any serious discussions for at least a year now. Most of it is back and forth banter much like one would see with the 4 talking heads split screen where everyone is talking and not a single person is actually listening. So its really hard for me to try and post seriously on this board as I don't think its possible to be serious with so much junk being thrown, and YES, its thrown from both sides.

oh... I get really frustrated sometimes... specially if people debate only in quotes, lines, totally out of context and uninformed....:-(

I don't think 'enraged' is the right sentiment. More like disappointed and a little angry - to think that politicians from both sides have been using people like me over the past 30 years to enrich themselves and their base.

I guess Cynical would probably be the best adjective to describe my opinion of politicians.

I trust most of them about as far as I can toss a Nimitz-Class aircraft carrier!!!
