And my point is I live in a rural town of less than 5,000 high in the mountains--and somehow I heard and saw about those poor girls. I didn't have to go looking for it---it came to me.
I watch the news on my computer! I spin the dial on about 10 stations to see what their each saying because the news ain't always the news.
So, I saw it on one of about 5 channels that have internet presences: Fox is not among my first choices. So, it could have been MSNBC, CBS, ABC, yahoo updates, or BBC.
Okay, well they don't seem to be talking about this on TV, that's what I'm saying. They may well be online, but I don't watch it there that often, so I must've missed it. I've only read about it on Yahoo or something from the AP.
This entire post is nearly as outrageous as some others, but it is so ignorantly spun, it makes me sick to my stomach.
If you'd look at history--rather than some immediate issue that enrages you, you might understand how socialism, communism and all the other isms have come into existence.
Instead, once more you spin a tale made out of invisible threads.
Shame on you, Josh!

It was a major turning point when I realized that most liberal trends in Western society are not the natural progression of a free society, but are well-funded movements designed to destroy Western civillization. I wouldn't believe it at first, but every destructive liberal trend can be traced back to and mirrored in the Communist party of the 1920's. Communism, of course, is a Jewish invention, but I lived my life for almost 30 years before I even had any notion that was the case.
It all started when my uncle told me he was afraid of Democrats because of their links to Communists. I was a liberal, and had researched the Republican/Nazi links, and found the allegations to be pretty silly. So I thought I would look into any possible Democrat/Communist connections.
It was like waking up from the Matrix. Liberals like to talk about who owns what, and have a lot of vague ideas about government conspiracies, but what I found was a conspiracy in plain view, only supported by the endless repetition of liberal mantras. Now, I'm no conservative...I like socialism, (real) environmentalism, and I'm an atheist. What I found is that liberalism/communism is, at the heart of it, a subserviant religion for non-Jews, designed to destroy your culture and make you weak and ineffectual.
The comparison of this deliberate and hateful crime of the three young white women with the issue of rape at the Duke campus is ridiculous.
It wasn't about race--it was about sports! Sports made this a hot topic--and then, on top of sports, white young men accused of rape was an added value factor!
The Duke case had nothing to do with sports.
It had everything to do with privileged white boys being accused of a crime by a poor black girl. Add in an out of control prosecutor “Nifong” that was running for reelection in a predominantly black precinct. Next, Jessie Jackson chimed in and offered the so called “victim” a college scholarship, now he won’t talk about it. All the while the victim kept changing her story, the prosecutor ordered the crime lab to exclude evidence that would have excluded the accused. Now the prosecutor is off the case and fighting for his job and will most likely loose his law license. Not much sports coverage at all.
I understand and appreciate all those facts, and thanks for laying them out so clearly.
However, if the boys (men) were white and not on the Duke team, I wonder how much attention would have been paid to the case. That was more my emphasis on sports.
You are clearly more on top of the case, as it looks as if you are in or near NC but my doubts linger--and yup, it probably would be helpful if the white community had a Jessie Jackson spokesperson to call attention to wrongful or potentially exaggerated white-bias cases.
