The states in the worst shape are mainly solidly Democratic or mixed. The states that are doing the best are mainly solid Conservative with some that are mixed. No matter what happens, the Democrats will always think they're right. You think Democrats will lose in NY?

My friends were shocked that homosexuals can actually marry, adopt children....that men sodomize each other in public and that the police do nothing....but stand there and WATCH....even though indecent exposure IS against the law....even though lewd and lascivious behavior IS against the law...even though public indecency IS against the law....
They said...."how can the U.S. expect others in the world to follow the "rule of law" when you don't even enforce YOUR OWN laws in YOUR OWN country.......and particularly in such CLEAR CUT CASES...."

So, being from California is a big pain.....better to lie and say your from some other more sensible state....a normal state....in every sense of the word....
That is why we moved to TX, we were tired of all the ridicule from having to say we were from CA. At least in TX we can say we just moved here because of the debauchery of CA forced us to.
Whoa there, Nellie. The colors in the US refer to plitical parties, not political philosophies. There are still a few liberal Republicans and Conservative Democrats. And variations thereof.
