Good Idea, but it will never happen, because Republicans are more intersted in utilizing American forces for nation-building and fighting the endless against terrorism.

There is absolutely no justification for further American generosity to Iraq. President Bush foolishly started the endless money pit that America can no longer support. A dismal failure as president, Bush will quietly hide himself in Texas while the rest of the nation suffers in extreme fiscal crisis [not even able to repair roads while the Iraqis have a surplus of revenue.

But the painful reality is that the U.S. must continue to heavily subsidize Iraq\ Afghanistan for a long time [a double whammy to robbed Americans Bush has really done a number on our nation

Exactly. Bush caused this war & many Iraqis died as a result. American blood & capital in Iraq has been the price Bush has exacted. Our debt due to Iraq is another example of how Bush was weakened our country. Republicans have a big debt they owe to America & will not be allowed to lead our nation for decades to come. At least we will never see another Republican in the White House for generations

Exactly, Bush creates a catastrophy in Iraq, another at home with the economy, and makes natural catastrophies like Katrina worse

Twelve billion PER month can fix a lot of infrastructure and build the new stuff that we need, like a totally new set of major modern railroads, a massive natural gas pipeline from Alaska, millions of windmills and on and on it goes.

That spending would eliminate unemployment and all the workers would be able to buy up all those foreclosed homes.

Problems solved - the DEMOCRATIC way, by putting AMERICA FIRST.

Just like we had to stop the communists in Viet Nam before they killed us in our beds here.

That is the lie that our government was telling us then to justify their war
