I've dropped around 20 in the last 5 months. Watching what I eat and a lot of walking. It's a lot easier to put on than to take off.

Thats the truth! I just hit 40 and realized that if I want to be able to play with grandkids one day long long from now I'd better get at it while I still could.

So, you mentioned white bread -- do you mean anything made with flour?

I don't watch or eat any specific type of food. I eat what I want, when I'm hungry but eat small meals instead of 3 main meals. It works for me but may not work for everybody else.

Pretty much. Whole wheat is better -- especially since it fills you up faster. It's harder to eat a large amount.

I've increased my intake of fruits and vegetable a lot, too. My wife makes me eat a salad of some kind before just about every meal now. I still get to eat what I want, but I don't want as much of it.

My father's side of the family has always had to watch our weight. We tend to put it on with out trying. I'm after my daughter since she takes after my side and has just had her 2nd child.

University of San Francisco, I love it but I'm a little too preoccupied with my grades so I didn't get to explore the city that much last semester.

You're grades are more important.

Lol, I know, but the semester was easier than I anticipated so I'm going to try to manage my time better and get around the city more next semester. But yeah, I do have to keep my grades up so I can get into a good law school. I think it's just a good balancing act, I need to have fun so I don't get burned out on school.

A social life is important but grades are more important. A law degree covers a large area: medical, business, personnal, etc. so it's important to beat out the competition.
