I've worked in media and I do believe there is a bias. Its not the liberal bias that conservatives whine about nor is there a conservative bias.

The Bias is middle of the road - any ideas to the left or right of center are dismissed.

George W Bush according to his own hand-picked 9/11 commission attacked Iraq without "Any credible evidence linking the events of 9/11 with the nation of Iraq" There has been no evidence of WMDs and under OUR system of government you don't kill people first and look for evidence later. 70,000 Iraqi civilians died in the first week of bombing alone.

Saddam was tried for killing 2000 Kurdish rebels who had tried to assassinate him. Saddam was convicted and hanged.

What about Bush's trial? Why did the wimpy Democrats Pelosi and Reid, stop any talk of impeachment?

Shouldn't Bush get justice? The same justice as Saddam received!

You're right; the media's bias isn't liberal or conservative. The media are biased against intellect, critical thought, and a knowledgeable and educated public.

Had media not demonstrated this kind of bias, we likely wouldn't have had a George W. Bush as president.

This is an absolutely perfect post. During this year's Republican primaries, Ron Paul was the darling of the internet, yet he didn't even get a mention on CNN OR Fox News. Clinton, Edwards and Obama basically all had the identical opinions (at first, during the early debates, they basically just agreed on everything) while Dodd, Gravel and Kucinich had the wild ideas, some of them quite intellectually sound, yet the media didn't mention them at all.

If the media was truly biased towards "Liberals", Dennis Kucinich would have won in a landslide, as there was nobody more Liberal than him.

Default It's An Injustice That Bush Walks Away From Office.

After placing the United States in the gutter, Bush simply jumps aboards Marine One then flies off to Texas, leaving the country in the toilet.

Where is the accountability? For me, this is very disappointing; because I was truly looking forward to the Secret Service escorting Bush from the White House and being flown to Federal prison in handcuffs.

If there were an ounce of justice in this world, Bush would have to forfeit all benefits from his service. The Bush family would lose their fortune. Bush would be forced to work 60 hour weeks at a dead-end job with no overtime pay and crappy health insurance. Laura would go back to being a school librarian. The Bush daughters would be forced to join the army and be placed on convoy duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.

But, there ISN'T an ounce of justice in this world...

The charges were brought in the form of 35 articles of impeachment on the floor of The Senate. Hopefully the people that are salivating to bring The Bush Crime Family to justice will somehow succeed in doing so. In Bush's case out of sight is not out of mind...not by any means.
