1st. How do you come to this conclusion based off of one article?
2nd. There are hispanics with a strong caucasion blood lineage. Just like Obama is an African American with a strong caucasion blood lineage.
When Hispanics in the United States are wanted by the law, they're normally labeled as "suspects". After a few weeks go by, when they're REALLY wanted by the law, we call them "fugitives". And if THAT doesn't bring them in, we call John Walsh on the phone. He gets REALLY mad, puts them on TV, and calls them "dirtbags". That usually brings them in.
I'm not sure how many of them are called "white", though...maybe someone else has this information.

maybe they are white, or it could be they are looking for their white half(meztizo, mullato, arab,)? besides all white people do not look alike.and can be very swarthy looking
