Acting disrespectful to a police officer is incredibly stupid...but then again, most 15 year old girls are inclined to stupid, impulsive behavior because their hormones are still out of control at that age. I was a nightmare between the ages of 13 and 16...my family was bewildered and exasperated with me most of the time. A grown man, police officer or not, should be mature enough to keep his ego and aggressive behavior in-check when dealing with children and not manhandle them the way these 2 jerks did. It was unnecessary force, and I would say the same thing if it were a 15 year old boy who had gotten that treatment. These officers abused their positions of authority, and should have to suffer the consequences for that.
i guess the idiot shouldn't have kicked her shoe at them and called them "fat pigs" huh?
No, but the response from the officer was way overboard. He's an idiot for thinking he could abuse his authority in this manner. He could have broken an arm or her nose with that kind of violent response. He deserves to be punished severely.
Dumb move by both. If they file charges against the officer they should do the same to the stupid girl, and don't forget to throw the book at her for the auto theft.

Well.....yes you are right but, atrocious assault and battery on a minor by a person in a position of authority with the intent to do bodily harm seems a little more egregious to me
